Does any one have information on this developer or have you used them?

I received some old cans of this and other developers. Sealed metal, powder is not caked. I'm assuming they are good.

The other developers are Ansco 17, 103, 125, and 135
Edwal 111 and Manical

All seem to be okay, or I should say not caked.

I've used some mix-at-home Ansco 17. It's similar to D-76, but provides a somewhat sharper image as it has less sulfite. Good stuff and I actually get better contrast than with D-76.

As with any new dev., a test roll(s) is advised before you go shoot something important.

Sorry, but I can't say about the others.

I used some of the old Edwal 111. It was still active. Couldn't believe it, I was going to toss it. Will play with it more this weekend. I'll report back by Monday

Any developer sealed in cans should still be good since the cans were filled under nitrogen.

Edwal Minicol II

Just for the record, yesterday I opened a bottle of Edwal Minicol II, probably stored since 1975 [???], and developed a few rolls of film with it. They look just great. These were all ISO 400 films, bulk loaded Arista and some old Tri-X.
I'm glad someone has the formula. This is really a wonderful developer.
