I'm a big fan Kenna and a fan of the Holga simplicity. I'm sure his Holga-made images are worthwhile.

Nice interview, but not really much about using a Holga. I’ve got his book on the way, can’t wait to get it!

Kenna's Holga book is a big inspiration for me. If I ever get stuck in a rut I'll look at that and get inspired again - it's kind of like a palate cleanser.
Simple photos taken for fun that are well shot and printed.

Other than a picture of his Holgas and a comment that what you get with them is a kind of fruitful happenstance, I couldn't see any more about his Holga picture taking. At least, I take all of the Holga pictures offered something fruitful as there was no mention of "failures" How many of the pictures in the article were from Holgas - all of them?

Maybe you need to buy the book to gain an insight.

My wife ordered me the book for my birthday. Looking forward to seeing it, not the first Kenna book she has bought for me and we both shoot holgas, diana and pinholes as well as Hasselblad and LF,

I strongly appreciate his work shot with Hasselblad and 35mm. The Holga work... not as much. It's a different aesthetic that doesn't resonate for me for some reason. But I'll credit him for being versatile and trying a different approach. He probably has fun with it. Just bought his France book. Nice...
