Posting this here because it seems like the best way to disseminate it. Cleaned up the text and graphics so it looks nicer and is a little easier to read.

I translated it from the German original (attached) as best I could. My German isn't really good enough for technical reading, but I think I've got it worked out.
Please let me know if I've gotten any of the signals labeled wrong and I'll update it.
