Morning every one.

I am in the market for the above, found many and all at different price's. No it is for a Bronnie SQA-I, now the thing is do i use it as a TTL and the view finder (which i assume you have to use as a TTL Flash) or can this be used as a manual flash, as with a H/held. If so how dose the flash connect to the Bronnie.
All my other camera's have hot shoe that is hot as to say. With the above if i have to get a view finder for the camera a SCA 386 would all so be needed, which is not a problem as i can get one of them as well.

I don't remember if that model of SQ has TTL flash or not. If it does then all you need is the 386 module. No need for the metering prism. I use the 386 on an ETRSI. You set the film speed on the 386. There should be a spot on the camera to plug the 386 module into.

If that body doesn't support TTL then you get a plain Metz sync cable and plug it into the sync. Set the flash to auto mode. You could use manual mode if you really wanted to but then you'd likely be better off with the cl-1 which I think has more manual modes.

Yes it is a TTL and has a socket on the side for the cable. On your ETRS do you have a bracket to hold the flash gun or is it hand held.

Graham, I have a spare flash which I could part with for small money. Please get in touch if you would like it.
