MetroLux I Manual??

I have a Metrolux I timer - which is great - and I can basically get by fooling around with it - and get some sort of close consistency print to print... I can even calibrate it sometimes (when I remember HOW). But I could REALLY use a manual...! I don't suppose anyone might have one..? Or a copy - or be able to fax one? or alternately - would be able to clue me in on some of the trickier key shortcuts (key combinations, etc..)?
