Hello !
Does someone know the maximum bellow elongation currently found on the old japanese LF camera ?
I think that half plate should be close to 13" (330mm) and whole plate close to 16" (400mm). Am I right ?
thanks in advance !

Can you be just a little more vague? I know of at least three manufacturers of Japanese whole-plate cameras.

My half plate goes out to 18"-- and that's only because I don't want to stretch it to the full 21".

Of course, it's English, not Japanese.

Hi
Sorry for delaying my answer.
I'm talking of camera like okahura. But there as many LF camera makers in japan than rice in a bowl...It looks like being double extension, that's why I think the extension is close to twice the largest size of the format.
