Monopod extends to 64". Can use as monopod, or deploy three folding legs/feet that store in bottom section. When using the legs, it is very stable. I have used it for 35mm & works very well with medium format. Shows minor signs of use, but no dents, scrapes or scratches. $50 plus shipping.
