This is a beautifully engineered Manfrotto Compact Levelling Head, I used it in conjunction with a Novaflex panorama plate (see separate classified ad). Integral bubble level and locking clamp, quick and easy to adjust. Comes with a standard 3/8"-16 hole in the bottom and the same male thread on top.
