Glass is in good shape, occasional dust motes on the interior cells, but nothing alarming. I sent the lens into Nippon Photo Clinic for a cleaning Aug 2022, and it came back with a clean bill of health.
Unfortunately, upon arrival I decided to take an up-the-nose shot of my dog on a tiny table top tripod and the lens tilted down and one of the petal hoods got bent inwards, having only travelled a few inches, it had no affect on the glass or shutter mechanism. I've tried to photograph the defect. It looks worse than it is. Meaning, it has no affect on the actual negatives, but it is an eye sore that should be an easy repair if you choose to go that route.
Comes with front and rear caps as well as the Mamiya rear UV filter for infinity focus.
