Mamiya -Sekor 50mm Press Lens. I would rate this lens as good to excellent condition. Has some wear and tear from normal usage. Photos say more than I can. Focus is firm but easy. Aperture is smooth, blades are clean. Shutter sounds accurate at all speeds, but thats to my ear. I never had any problems with the lens. No fungus, no haze, some dust, no scratches. I shined a light through the lens and all I spotted was some dust. Lens always took good photos.
Finder does have some light haze, was never a problem, Comes with finder, hood, front and rear caps. I don't think the rear cap is factory, it came with the lens and does the job.
