The following list is what I'm looking for. It would be nice to start with a full kit, but I can piece it together as well. Let me know if you have any of the items for sale. Everything must be in working condition. -- Thanks

Mamiya RZ67 Pro II Body
2 - PRO II 120 (6X7) Backs
RZ 50 F4.5 W
RZ 110 F2.8 W
RZ Waist Level Viewfinder
RZ Prism Finder II (non AE version)

Just a couple notes on your wish list.

If your budget will allow, you may wish for the 50mm, 'ULD' lens, instead of the standard 50mm.
APO glass, with Floating Element design. Better edge-to-edge sharpness then the standard 50mm.

Also, so that you're not jumping through a bunch of different hoops regarding the prism...ie,
wasting your money on something that won't work. Basically, the only or best prism for the
RZ II, is the Prism II. Example below. Note...this is the prism with the control knobs on the top.

The RZ/PD Prism, (or Prism 2(?) as you call it), cannot be used on the RZ II body.
It works on the original RZ Pro body...but not on the Pro II body.

The AE prism for the original RZ Pro, must be modified for use on the Pro II.
This prism has the controls on the side.

Another thread from APUG may be of help to you.

(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

Thanks for the heads-up. I don't think I want to spend the money for a ULD lens ATM and I'm starting to lean towards the 65mm. I've done a little more research. I'm not 100% sure about all the versions but the 65mm L-A seems like the best 65mm. From what I gather there's just one version of the 110mm for the RZ67.

I'm actually looking for the non-metered Prism Finder. It's lighter than the AE version and I'll be using a handheld meter. I'm hoping to only use the prism finder when the RZ67 is high on a tripod. This is the one I'm looking for:

The regular 50 gets no love but I have one and it isn't that bad.
Yes, there is one iteration of the 110.
The 110 is a great lens.
I had the non LA 65 for awhile too. It was decent also.
Mamiya doesn't really make any bad lenses. Only one I've heard bad things about is the original non C version of the 50 for RB
