Hi All,
I have the chance at an online purchase of a 'MAMIYA RB67 Pro SD' 120 film back. My camera however is the older model 'MAMIYA RB67 Pro S '.

My question is: would the newer model SD back fit the older model S camera?

Thanks for your time,

Deryck

I mix-and-match backs and bodies all the time. The two versions work a little differently but will still interchange just fine.

Yes, I use Pro SD backs on my Pro S. The advantage of the Pro SD back is that they have no foam light sealings, so these won't need replacing in the future (not that it's a big job anyway), plus they have somewhere to store the dark slide. The disadvantage is that they are physically bigger (slightly) than the ProS backs, plus they are usually a fair bit more expensive!
