Anyone experience when using M645 in a cold condition ? did it really malfunction when using in cold temperature

How cold?

Mamiya suggests only having it in the cold long enough to get your shot, then stowing it again. Again, I think it depends on the temp.

I have used one in about -6C (20F) for a few hours with no issues.

Mamiya's advice is probably just cautionary.

It may have more to do with the battery than the mechanics of the camera. Just guessing here ...

Those 6-volters are strong. No issues there either.
