Mamiya M for $10?

There's a Mamiya M 35mm AF camera at our local Goodwill store for $10. I poked around Camerapedia and eBay but I'm not getting a good feel for if this is a good find at this price. The camera seems functionally sound, although it looks a bit weathered: the vewfinder is foggy and there's some rust or corrosion on the film take-up spool. Just needs cleaned up maybe? Thoughts?
