Finally, after literally years of searching for one I found a Kirk L-Bracket for my Mamiya 7. The thing is, I have an Arca Swiss Monoball P0 which it naturally doesn't fit. Can anyone else out there who has a Mamiya 7 and Kirk L-Bracket please tell me how this is supposed to work?

Do I need a specific head?
Do I need to source a Kirk to Swiss Arca plate?

Now what?

what do you mean it doesn't fit?
does your po head have the "fliplock" mechanism? That IS adjustable for differences in plate widths by turning the silver nut in the middle.

Have a look at the Really Right Stuff and Kirk websites for their quick release mounts for ballheads, and other tripod mounts.

I don't have this one:

Is it the Fliplock that I need?

I have contacted Kirk for advice.

Many thanks.

I had an arca b1 with fliplock and i would NOT recommend it. Just get any generic screw type clamp or an arca swiss screw type clamp.

Thanks wildbill. I think I'll take your advice on that and look into screw clamps.
