I've just bought a 210mm lens for my Mamiya7ii. The price was too good not to! (£310 with viewfinder and hood) There seems to be very little online about this lens but what there is is mixed. I fully understand it's not rangefinder-coupled and has it's own viewfinder. Most of my photography is landscapes or details within landscapes. I'd be using at at, or near infinity most of the time. I already have to 150mm lens which I love but always felt I needed something longer. The lens is due to arrive this afternoon. Anyone out there with experience (positive or negative) with this lens? Any useful tips, tricks or pitfalls I should be aware of?

I also have one of these that I haven't used. I bought one without the viewfinder for $225. I will test it adapted to digital out of shere curiosity. They were incredibly expensive new and I always wanted to know how they performed, but the Mamiya 7 was far too expensive for me at the time. It's an intriguing lens for a lightweight field kit.
