Are these one size fits all? That is will a waist level viewfinder for a 645 1000 work on a Super or a Pro?

I wouldn't expect so.
The prism finders are incompatible, so I can't see the WLFs being incompatible.
There aren't a lot of WLFs around for the Mamiya 645 cameras, due to how relatively impractical they are, so there aren't going to be many people who have experience with them.

They are not. The WLF for the original 645 and 1000S, like the prism finders, is much longer than would fit on a Pro or Super body.
