Hi guys
In short. Are the filmholders for Mamiya 645 Super and pro interchangeable? I think so but Im not sure.

Yes, although they are called either film inserts or film backs. The backs hold the inserts.

Just be sure you don't accidentally end up with a 220 insert when you want 120.

Or for that matter a 35mm back when you want 120.
 
You can convert a 220 insert to a 120 insert by unscrewing a little "thingie" on the side that indicates to the camera whether there's 15 or 30 frames on the film.

I've tried it and it works fine on my Pro. I couldn't see/feel any difference between the 120 insert and the 220 insert with respect to the pressure plate.

Useful information, thanks. With the appearance of 220 from Shanghai, I'm inclined to acquire another 220 holder, but it's handy to know that trick there in case I need it.
