Mamiya 645 CLA

I have been shooting a Mamyia 645 for a few months. Probably 20 rolls through it. I think that the shutter is a little sticky and I think I would like to have a proper CLA done to it.
I have tried the usual suggestions for this service but they have all come back saying they are too booked up to take any more M645s right now. Does anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced CLA done on this?

Does great work, fairly quick too. He CLA'd my 110/2.8 lens and it is like new now.

What is happening that got me thinking about is us that when I use x sync at 1/60, part of the frame is black and disent see the flash.
My understanding is that x sync waits until the front edge of the curtain is fully open before triggering the flash, so I am thinking that there is a problem with timing. Or the switch that the shutter hits to trigger the x-sync signal.
The other thing it does is not work if it's too cold. It seems like what happens is that the shutter does not fully close sometimes, or something dies not finish happening after a shot is taken. Then it does not want to wind to the next frame.if I fiddle with it a bit and exercise the mirror lockup lever, and the multi exposure lever it eventually releases amd works normally. But these things in combination make me feel like a good clean, lube and adjust

Nope, bought m645 on ebay and no dogs. I had some chickens a few years ago though... but that's different.

I have a similar problem with mine. Since you’ve been having an issue finding a repair source, maybe take a look at some of the videos online that address the issue. I’m a DIY person but sort of reluctant to dive into camera repair myself but it might be something I’ll have to try.

I feel the same way about it. I have popped the top off of a couple of 35mm cameras for minor repairs, but I am a lot more intimidated by the Mamiya.
