My AE prism for my Mamiya M645 1000s camera is overexposing by 1 to 2 stops. Any recommendations on where to send it for calibration/repair? I want to use it with E-6 film but can't due to the errors.

I prefer a shop in the USA.

I contacted Mamiya but no response yet.

Thanks!

I had that happen on my PD prism. I ended up replacing one of the photodiodes which was cracked:

(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

I don't know where you could send it to for repairs though.

Eugene.

I gave KEH's Repair center a call. They do NOT work on the Mamiya M645 series of bodies & prisms. Lack of parts is what they said.

I called MAC (914) 347-3300 and spoke to them. They do not repair any cameras as they sold that part of Mamiya to the new company (Mamiya Leaf ) that does cameras. Mamiya Leaf does not work on any film cameras. They told me to contact KEH

Hi Tony, sorry to hear they put you in a infinite loop between MAC and KEH. Too bad about KEH I was hoping they could help out, but if they cannot get the parts then that seems pretty final there.
As I went through a bit of this with my RB recently and finally bought a Excellent+ off the internet from Japan I'd be interested in how things go for you with any possible repairs from other vendors you might find. Good luck.
