For sale is my beloved Mamiya 6 medium format camera, including all 3 lenses. If you're looking for the ideal compact 6x6 film camera for travel, this is it.

Includes:
Mamiya 6 body: Mint condition. Note that this is the good Mamiya 6, not the goofy Mamiya 6MF with all the weird frame lines in the finder. In this condition goes for $1500 at KEH
50mm f/4: Mint. Goes for around $900 in this condition
75mm f/3.5: Mint. Goes for around $500 in this condition.
150mm f/4.5: Mint. Goes for around $300 in this condition.

That's about $3200 worth of kit that I'll sell for $2300 OBO

Ken Rockwell calls this "the world's most perfect camera system" because of the amazing lenses and compact body. The lenses retract a bit into the body, making for a super compact 6x6 camera system. Fantastic for travel and landscape photography. See his write-up here: http://www.kenrockwell.com/mamiya/6.htm

FAQ:
Why am I selling it?: I had intended to move up from my Holga to this high-end system as my primary camera. As much as I wanted to, I find that my Holga still better matches my "fuzzy" vision of the photos I want to take. I'm weird, what can I say?

Are you willing to sell things individually? No.

What else comes with it? I have the lens shades for 2 of the 3 lenses plus the manual.

Are you open to offers? Sure, but honestly this is a screaming deal so no low ball offers.

Will you ship to X? I'd really prefer to keep it US Only for now. I've had problem in the past with international shipping.

FYI: I have a 100% positive rating on eBay and have sold many items there. My eBay ID is markolw I'd rather sell it to an APUG'er so I know it will be well taken care of rather than post it there.

Here's a set showing the actual camera from where I bought it from 6 months ago. The condition hasn't changed as it's been in the bag most of the time. Photos show the 50mm lens. I don't have photos of the 75 and 150, but they're in similar great condition.

I have the same new Mamiya 6 (not MF) two bodies and all lenses. Not selling, good system. The 150mm gets a lot of complaints by amateur shooters online, but when the rangefinder is calibrated properly the lens works wonderfully.

I wish I bought more gold and Mamiya 6 back in 2001-2002.

Ryuji, I don't know why, Gold was ~200-300 an ounce then and Mamiya 6 with all lenses was around $2000.00 then. I know because I had both. Bob.

Please let me know if the sale falls through. I have a Mamiya 6 and I LOVE it, but one of my lenses is damaged. I have been looking for an additional body and lenses. Your outfit is perfect. Noelle
