Simple one this. I just got my hands on a mamiya 6 with 75mm lens. The cap on the lens is a 58mm but it's not the original mamiya one. It has a hoop that doesn't allow the sun shade to rotate and sit on the lens. Can anyone provide an image or info as to the original lens cap to go with the mamiya 6, 75mm lens?

Cheers

There's a picture here: http://camera-wiki.org/wiki/Mamiya_6

The original caps on my Mamiya 7 lenses are like the one shown in the photo - they have two opposing tabs that stick out, making them impossible to use with the lens hoods in place. I long ago replaced them for daily use with Tamron center-pinch caps that work just fine with or without the hoods. I'll never understand why Mamiya used such a stupid lens cap design on a camera that's generally so well thought out.

Here's the Tamron cap: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt=talc58&N=0&InitialSearch=yes&sts=ma&Top+Nav-Search=
