Assuming you mean the Mamiya Six folding camera, there are a lot of variations so maybe you should post a picture of the lens, but the most likely answer is no, you'll want a push on filter holder like a Series filter holder - probably Series VI - and a filter to fit. The push on holders come in various sizes to fit over the lens barrel. They are two-piece with a push-on ring and a retaining ring. You can get ones where the retaining ring is a lens hood, which is useful, as long as it doesn't make it harder to reach the shutter and aperture controls.

As redesert posted, you will need a Kodak SVI other push on filter, I use a Kodak with the adaptor that allows for a filter and lens hood. I don't have any issues with setting shutter speed or aperture. Need to be careful not to get a lens hood that is to large, and might block the rangefinder. BTW, my version does not have any threads for a filter.

My Mamiya Six Automat has the D.Zuiko F.C. 75/3.5 lens, which definitely has no filter threads. You will need those push-on adapters for Series VI filters. I can check the dimension a bit later today.

Personally I ended up getting a Leica SOOGZ adaptor which fits perfectly and allows for 39mm filters.
