Mamiya 50mm Sekor Z or ULD?

I would appreciate comments from those of you who have had a chance to compare these 2 lenses. Is the ULD worth the 70%-100% greater price on the used market??

Yes. For fun you could try some shots with and without that adjustment being in the right spot, and look at corner sharpness.
