Mamiya 180mm f4.5 - delayed shutter

I just bought a Mamiya rb67 with two lenses (and lots of accessories) for $285, hopefully a good deal

However, the price was due to a semi-functioning 180 mm lens. The shutter seems to work but there is a slight delay between when the shutter should have fired and when it actually does. The video below hopefully illustrates the problem:

Is this a common problem? Is it easy to fix?

Just needs to be cleaned... cost is around $90 for a lens CLA.
