Making Digital Negs - Book Suggestion???

I'm looking for suggestions as to the best of the making digital neg books for platinum printing. I see there are two main books by Dan Burkholder and another by Ron Reeder. Which would you suggest and have any of you used Dans supplement CD with the digital templates? Any advantage of Dans system over Rons?
