Making Ammonium Citrate

Is it possible to make Ammonium Citrate with citric acid and ammonium carbonate?

Yes and it's very easy
• dissolve 120g citric acid in 280 cc water
• wait till is dissolved
• add 120 cc ammonia 20% solution.
• Warm it up till boiling
Check pH
