I'm gathering names and contact information of film labs that are still in business, plan to stay in business, still process E-6, C-41 and Black and White films. Can you help me?
I need names, contact information and who to talk to. I will share this once I get all that I can get.

OK, I'll start, and from personal experience, the E-6 and C-41 are about as good as it gets with A&I:

Please, add `USA´ to the thread name.

No, please don't. The OP mentioned:

So, addresses outside the USA are also welcome.
I assume you are mostly looking for pro-labs and not the highstreet 1-hour photo lab? Because otherwise you would have such a big list...

The pro lab in my area, C-41 only, unfortunately:
www.deafdruk.nl in Breda, the Netherlands.

In Birmingham UK:

As already mentioned:
www.metrocolourlab.com

The owner of Metro has the rather fitting registration on his Audi: E6 LAB

However, my preference is for Palm Laboratory in Digbeth, Birmingham (near the bus station). They offer a full B+W, E6, C-41, Hand colour printing, Hand B+W printing, Lambda digital up to 50" wide; LF up to 8X10 processing etc.

www.palmlabs.co.uk

You could also try Colab, based in nearby Coventry - thay also offer all the services:

Mikes camera - http://www.mikescamera.com/ (great legacy program and the freezer is always full)
Photo craft - http://www.pcraft.com/ (my grandma always said if you don't have anything nice to say... so I won't)
The Shutter Priority (Westminster) - Dead Link Removed

And for the budget minded Sams Club does c-41 and sends out e-6 to fuji for a 1-2 week turnaround.

I've no direct experience, but a friend I assisted was happy with the E6 work done by AGX Imaging. I think the shop is exclusively E6 though.
