Making a list of color and B&W labs

I'm gathering names and contact information of film labs that are still in business, plan to stay in business, still process E-6, C-41 and Black and White films. Can you help me?
I need names, contact information and who to talk to. I will share this once I get all that I can get.

I assume you are mostly looking for pro-labs and not the highstreet 1-hour photo lab? Because otherwise you would have such a big list...

In the UK I always use Metro Colour Lab, they offer superb results and a great service. E6, C41, not sure about B&W as I develop my own:

However, my preference is for Palm Laboratory in Digbeth, Birmingham (near the bus station). They offer a full B+W, E6, C-41, Hand colour printing, Hand B+W printing, Lambda digital up to 50" wide; LF up to 8X10 processing etc.

I live in Sacramento and use Cox Black and White Lab. Film development and contact sheets are always ready the next day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've no direct experience, but a friend I assisted was happy with the E6 work done by AGX Imaging. I think the shop is exclusively E6 though.
