You need the 4p sync cord C. It has a plain PC type connector instead of the TTL connectors of the 4p sync cord A or the hot shoe connector of the 4p sync cord B. It is what is used when connecting to the Pentax 6x7 camera, and will work with any camera with an X sync PC connector. The PC connector on the cord C has a male threaded lock, which is springloaded and will not interfere with connection to a camera lacking the matching thread.
Sync cord B will work with any camera with a hot shoe.
