Made in Occupied Japan Letox model D-IV. Link to pictures:
- brand new shutter curtains that I just installed
- made in occupied Japan
- serial number 9.
- original spool included
- this camera is in user condition and is 80 years old, many of its parts were handmade.
- one of the rangefinder window covers was removed by someone long ago probably to make rangefinder adjustments in the field easier?
- all speeds from 1/500 to 1/20th are good and bulb works but sadly the slow speed engagement lever does not appear up to the task anymore. I completely rebuilt the slow-speed escapement though...
- The rangefinder patch is very dim, new beam splitter could fix this.
- $70 shipped in CONUS? or I will trade for fuji neopan film (black and white), fuji slide film, or infrared film in any format.
