I see the Pentacon 6 lens to M42 mount adapter is fairly common - does the opposite exist (M42 lens to P6 mount)? I've searched around and don't see anything.

Since I have several M42 lenses and a Kiev 60, I want to play with the smaller lens' effects on 6x6 - light fall-off, vignetting or whatever else occurs.

You can hack a Kiev body cap to make an M42 adapter. I used an Kiev plastic body cap to adapt my 150mm Apo Ronar (in Copal Shutter) to my Pentacon 6 bellows.

A good suggestion - thanks! I'll have to give it a shot.

You wouldn't be able to focus an M42 lens at infinity on a Kiev 60, but you could probably do macro work. Tom was talking about using an LF lens which is far less of a problem.

Well he was talking about a 150mm LF. A short LF would have problems to. What's the flange focal distance for P6? 82mm??? If it is 82mm a M42 lens would be like putting it on a long macro tube.
