The last thing I heard about the color reversal film was that it was in early testing around .5 years ago and was very slow, like EI 3 or something. Also had an interesting purple base color. Has the speed improved?

No.

I don't hold out any hope that they'll speed things up.

Wow, colour reversal would be awesome! There are only two suppliers at present, Kodak and Fujifilm, and the latter produces increasingly little. A third option would be great.

I’ve been trying to contact lucky to inquire about custom film widths, they’re basically impossible to contact from the YS though.

They won’t even respond to questions about the blue stripes—they just won’t respond.

All I know is that 11x14=154.

Ah, the reference is to 11x14 inch film size. That's a pretty big negative and indeed, a contact print from such a (color) negative would be magnificent!
