Want to Buy "Low" intensity scrim for Chromega II 4x5 dichroic head

I have a Chromega II 4x5 color head that appears to be fully functional -- except that the scrim is missing from the high-low paddle. The mechanics are fully functional -- the paddle moves in and out of the light path appropriately -- but the scrim is completely missing.

This head has been semi-competently worked on before I ever saw it, so I'm pretty confident the missing scrim isn't loose inside (as it was for a recent poster in the Darkroom Equipment sub-forum). I've purchased materials to improvise a replacement, but since this is a push-in fit, it occurs to me that someone might have an extra one lying around (or be able to point me to one).

Anyone?
