Lost my light-sealed room, any suggestions?

I'm trying to light-seal a bathroom myself. Right now I use a changing bag and when I first started using one, humidity (ie: sweat) made the film stick to itself and the spools so it was a fight to load the film - a fight I occasionally lost.
In order to keep fingerprints and oils off of the film as I worked with it in the changing bag, I invested in a dozen white inspection gloves - jewelry gloves, coin gloves, white cotton gloves - all the same.

As a bonus, using the gloves, the humidity problem disappeared and now using a changing bag is easy and quick.
Sweat and humidity is never a problem anymore
