Looking for fuji GX 680 lens

Does anyone know if there is anywhere I could rent a couple lenses. I'd like to try the 50mm and 65mm, I know it's a long shot but thought I'd at least ask.

The 50 can't use the full range of movements and the 65 might not be wide enough so I'd like to try before I buy.

CaptureTek in Toronto (Canada) use to rent the GX, but that was 5 years ago. I think they have sold them off since.

I have the 65mm, if you were near by, you could borrow it for a while since I don't use my GX on a regular bases (probably 1~2x a year). Unfortunately I'm in Canada. Maybe check around locally first?

all i saw on their site was a used GX680 camera kit for sale.

The website does not have the full inventory listed. Best to email him and find out what he has available. He also has digital back kits for the GX680 system.

Yes, that is quite a beast, but to be honest, it is not undoable. I picked up both a neck strap as well as the neck strap / cradle for this system and it is relatively comfortable for short spells.

Fuji GX680 equipment for sale - almost everything ever made

Hi, this is Mir from CaptureTek (now just called Boa Solutions). I have sold some of my GX680 gear, but have multiples of most things, so most items still available. Contact me for inventory list of what is for sale currently. I am keeping one of each item ever made in the system, for now, for my personal GX680 collection, from which gear is also available for rental. I also have for sale and rental digital adapter solutions by Kapture Group.

I have rented to people in other cities via post, at similar rates as the mail-order rental places in Canada and the U.S.A. Renting into the U.S.A has a lot more paperwork involved, so it would be an extra charge. Cross-border, you would likely be better off buying and trying, and selling what you don't like as much. If you're interested in buying or renting from me, I can send you a link to download full-res 70mp files shot with 50mm and 65mm with a P45 back with CG stitch adapter, which almost covers 6x8cm film. Movements with 50mm are just more limited than with 65mm on film.
