I am looking for a book: The Rollei Way by L. A. Mannheim. Specifically, the last edition 10 or 11 for a reasonable price. In hardcover, or is there a Kindle or PDF available for purchase???

I already have the The Rolleiflex SL66 and SLX way and I find it very useful!!
