Lomography Belair X 6-12 shutter repair

My Belair 6-12 had not been in use for a year or so. When I took it out today, I put fresh batteries and I tested the shutter. It opens as it should, but there is only one short single speed, no matter which ISO setting and how much light there is and it does not stay open on B setting. The shutter is automatic and should be 1s to 1/125. I presume there is a 1/125 shutter and a delay device which doesn't work anymore. Any advice?

The original owner only used it once after purchasing it in 2017, and there was no leakage in the battery compartment. After installing the battery, the indicator light can be turned on, but there is only about a 10% probability that the normal shutter speed (including B mode) can be triggered. last Thursday I plucked up the courage to take the camera apart and took a look. I found that the part marked in the picture for triggering the shutter was loose, and it was not possible to push the upper shutter blades and shutter delay assembly to open when pressing the shutter trigger.

The second one was easier: the battery contacts were oxydized. A bit of scratching and the camera worked again.
