Locating a Manual for my Beseler 23CII

Hi Guys- I was just given a full darkroom set up a about a week ago and I have had some fun printing and processing. I understand how to use it but I would like to go through the manual. I gave Beseler a call and they wanted $70 for the manual. Does anyone know where I can find a copy online (preferably one that is free). Thanks--Patrick

But really, they are so simple. We have 11 of them in our college darkroom and I've never look at a manual.

Personally, I'd plug it into your timer, turn the cranks, open and close the light trap for the negative carriage, turn on the lamp, focus the lens, and that's about it.

Unfortunately their 23 CII Manual pdf is corrupted and will not load. Any other ideas where to find it?

Beseler 23C series II manual?

None of those links are good anymore. found a place in Canada that sells manuals but sure they're online somewhere no? Like to get this ole enlarger workign this weekend. Did find the OLD 23C manual and printed that. Anyone have the series 2 manual?
It has the DGA color head so might be another manual, eh?

Beseler 23C series II manual?

Thanks , those Pdf's show the XL model of the 23C. Is the diff just the XL takes larger negs?
Also, anyone have the DGA color head manual? thanks again from a newbie.

I believe the XL models just had a taller frame, right?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the XL just has a taller frame. There were some other differences as you progress from the 23C, to the 23CII, to the 23CIII.

Both Beseler and Omega enlargers append “XL” to model designations to indicate Extra Long column lengths compared to the shorter standard length columns.

The XL models probably have/had larger baseboards as well.
