I had been posted an article about benchtop lithography. There they report that it was possible to etch hard surfaces with intense uv led lights.

Now I dont want to use silicon , glass, metal but acrylic sheet or say plexiglass. Can I make gravure with uv source, film and plexiglass contact print ?

It's more for electronic circuit boards, but you should be able to do it w/ other things. If you plan on doing your own photo lithography this way, you'll still need printer inks, an etching press (not cheap!), tarlatan wipes, etc.

Exactly.

One small canister of black intaglio ink is enough. There are ways to print without etching press , some are chemical separation , some are printing on plaster of paris. I dont want to make more than 6x17 and film is enough , no need to digital negatives.
