Lith update: Can't deliver. Won't deliver.

To anyone who was expecting my update but didn't get it:
Multiple bounced emails from the mailing list. I have got round most (90%) of them BUT still cannot deliver to some of the following email providers:
- Prodigy
- Global .net (some)
- Bell South
- swbell
- AT&T
(edit) Whoops - forgot to add a sprinkling of:
- rr.com and
- comcast (who I hear are in trouble)

Messages get blocked as
spam,
abuse,
no reason given just don't feel like it.

I can't do any more about these.
If you didn't get your update and have alternative emails (gmail etc) can you use those and I will send out just one more to any new registrations from yesterday on www.timrudman.com in another 24 hours.
