This is a clear glass overlay for a 4x5 groundglass. It has a grid marked on the glass ans shows the area of 6x6cm, 6x7, 6x9 and 6x19cm formats.

actual measurements: about 3.85" x about 4.95" measured with an engineer's scale.

Not mint (a few short sections of the grid lines have disappeared) but exc. in the original Linhof box, These are no longer produced and scarce.
