Linhof Experts, a couple of questions

Did Linhof market this nifty beautifully made bayonet accessory? Aftermarket? Who made it?

Second, does anyone use the Linhof group on Facebook. Seems like I've tried before and got stonewalled. Tried again today and nothing so far.
