I purchased this 3d printed top hat lens board and no longer need it, maybe someone here will be interested in it. Below is what the maker of the board wrote. I can confirm that it is very high quality.

"This lens board is 3D printed, there are some marks due to the 3d printing process. The material use is PET Copolymer, 3 time stronger than ABS. It's a high quality material made in Italy with excellent mechanical property and temperature resistance (see the specs in the pictures). With normal use it is going to last a lifetime."
