Hi,

I am using the 'medium contrast' curve preset in the Tonal Curve panel of Lightroom. That works well for the RGB curve, but i'd like to tweak the curve in each channel and save that as a preset.
With the panel and curve preview being very small I find it difficult to set the quarter and three quarter points and making fine adjustments by mouse. The sliders seem to only be available for the RGB curve. Is there any better way to control this in Lightroom or should I go to Photoshop for this?

Thanks

I would have to agree with Ralph. Photoshop is in my opinion as well the best way to go. While it might all look a bit complicated at first. In essention its not much different. You just gotta look a bit further to find all the same functions. However for most of those same functions, the posibility to use more advance controls for them is nice to have.

Every minute invested in learning to work with photoshop will be worth it afterwards. When you are not sure how to do something in photoshop. Just do a search for it on youtube. The chances are almost 100% that someone has made a video on how to do it.
