Lightboxes

The lightbox I use for viewing transparencies has gone on the blink (no pun intended).

Am struggling to find a decent quality replacement from a UK-based supplier, any suggestions?

Firstcall Photographic sell a range of lightboxes, but I've not fully investigated the product range as up until recently I haven't done much work with transparencies; so I'm also interested in any product reviews etc.

Maybe you can fix it. Light boxes are pretty simple. Bulbs, fixtures, switch and maybe transformer, all replaceable.

If it's blinking it might just need new bulbs. If it has a capacitor starter that's easily replaced. It's fixable. If you don't want to try to fix it, don't toss it. Offer it here and someone will snap it up.
