Light Stand question

I have some C stands and recently bought some hot lights that don't fit on top of my stands because the opening on the light is too small. Is there an adaptor of some kind that anyone knows of or am I going to be posting these lights in the for sale section?

Sorry if this seems really obvious but I don't have a lot of experience with artificial lighting gear.
