That's interesting, but it seems not all content is working, yet:

The illustration for the variable width slitter seems to be taken from an instruction text/book on the topic of film manufacturing, and not something specific to your project, correct?

The illustration on the coating machine still seems to be in the same conceptual stage it was earlier. It still piques my interest due to the unique approach towards coating the emulsion. I'd be interested to see if that actually works in practice to the performance required in this application.

The ambitions are very commendable in any case; I wish you the best of luck in realizing them.

The slitter is almost certainly an off-the-shelf machine, there are tons of different rewind slitters (the name of such machines) out there.

The slitter is from a booklet illustration from our planned design. It won't be an off-the-shelf machine, it will be made proprietary.

Same non-visible result on Firefox and Chrome with Windows 10 for me.
On Microsoft Edge, the image from the videos isn't embedded - there is blank space above the bar that shows video progress and the arrow to start the video - but if I do start the video, it appears and plays with sound.
So yes, a compatibility issue.

win 10, chrome with duck duck go extension. Vids play fine on browser for me via the link posted on the previous page.

When I started the videos, the bar showed the video's progress but nothing else but I did get constantly pestered to have a chat which as you know, Matt, is just not my style I just hate to engage

We are also researching, developing and producing colour reversal films that consist of a dye-incorporating development process, commonly known as K-14

I hope they are also looking for partners willing to do that process across the world. Sending my film to China for development does not sound appealing.

Very interesting. It will definitely bring joy to the "bring back Kodachrome" brigade.

If they are looking at manufacturing film that needs K14 processing....presumably they have access to a lab capable of performing the process. Which is interesting....because Kodak theoretically could manufacture Kodachrome, it's the K14 processing that's the big sticking issue.

I'll believe it when I see it, though.

The B&W test shots in the latest update certainly show a lot of potential. This is very fast progress!

Any Polaroid compatible peel apart film is welcome, including B&W. I'd also be interested if they ever do std 8mm or super 8 motion picture - though currently I am very happy with Foma's offerings.
