yea i thought i was missing something there. i think ill just develop the next film and see if the bent pin maybe fixed my problem. Thanks though.
Hi, I know it is a long shot as the topic was discussed a year ago. However I am currently facing the EXACT same light leak as you showed in your photos (same position, same "fluffy" egde). Thus I wondered if you managed to fix your issue by bending back the pin. The pin itself is fine on my XD7, but I'll be replacing the light seals anyways - even though they still look OK / seem to have been recently replaced by the previous owner.
