Light leak or Developing issue?

I've noticed this on quite a number of films and wondered whether they might be light leaks or a developer issue? I'm using a Hasselblad. Reels are Paterson and developing in either Rodinal or Microphen. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Looks to me like the light seal on your back is starting to go. Is it on the whole roll?

That would be it. A tech can do it easily or if you prefer, there are DIY kits available on eBay.

The light seal is easy to change, and there are some youtube videos that show the process. All that is required is a thin blade screwdriver. Back when I did mine, I was unsure as to which ebay sellers were reliable, so I just called Hasselblad and ordered a couple of seals directly from them. Cost was slightly more than the ebay average, but it seemed worth it to get the "real" thing.
